Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated May 23, 2026. TokSwap is built for consent-based avatar and creator video generation, and this policy explains what is not allowed.

Consent required

You must own or have permission to use each uploaded photo, avatar, source video, prompt, template source, likeness, voice, name, brand asset, and other input. Permission must cover the way you use TokSwap and the way you use the generated output.

You may not upload or generate media depicting a real person unless that person gave clear permission for the relevant use. Consent must be specific, informed, and voluntary. A public photo, public video, social post, celebrity status, employer relationship, or past relationship does not by itself give you permission.

Sexual and intimate content

TokSwap may not be used to create, alter, request, distribute, or threaten to distribute sexual, nude, intimate, fetish, exploitative, or sexually suggestive content involving a real person or a person who appears real unless TokSwap has explicitly allowed that use in writing and all required consent is documented.

  • No non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, revenge content, coercive content, voyeuristic content, or content intended to shame, pressure, blackmail, or humiliate someone.
  • No sexualized content involving minors, anyone who appears to be a minor, school settings, youth-coded characters, or age-ambiguous subjects.
  • No requests to remove clothing, imply nudity, simulate sex acts, or place a real person into explicit or intimate scenarios.

Minors

Do not upload, generate, edit, transform, or share content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor. This includes family photos, school content, influencer content, sports clips, fictional youth content, and any face that reasonably appears under 18.

TokSwap may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records, and notify appropriate authorities or reporting organizations about suspected child sexual exploitation, grooming, or endangerment.

Harassment and misuse

You may not use TokSwap to target, bully, threaten, shame, defame, stalk, doxx, intimidate, or exploit any person or group.

  • No humiliating, degrading, hateful, or threatening transformations of real people.
  • No content designed to trigger harassment, dogpiling, reputational harm, employment harm, or personal safety risks.
  • No impersonation of private people, classmates, coworkers, former partners, customers, patients, students, employees, or other people who have not clearly consented.

Public figures

Do not use TokSwap to impersonate a public figure, celebrity, creator, politician, candidate, government official, journalist, executive, medical professional, lawyer, educator, or other recognizable person in a way that is deceptive, harmful, commercial without permission, or likely to confuse viewers.

Parody, satire, commentary, fan edits, and entertainment uses must still avoid deception, harassment, sexual content, scams, election interference, false endorsements, and violation of platform rules or likeness rights.

Fraud and deception

TokSwap may not be used to deceive people about who appeared in media, who endorsed a product, who gave instructions, who made a statement, or whether footage is authentic.

  • No fake testimonials, endorsements, ads, investment pitches, job offers, charity appeals, invoices, customer support messages, legal notices, medical claims, or emergency requests.
  • No phishing, impersonation, identity theft, credential theft, synthetic account creation, romance scams, extortion, blackmail, or social engineering.
  • No content designed to bypass identity verification, biometric checks, employment screening, financial controls, school controls, platform moderation, or law enforcement.

Politics and civic processes

Do not use TokSwap to mislead people about elections, candidates, parties, public officials, voting, polling places, ballot rules, government services, public health instructions, emergency instructions, military activity, court activity, or other civic processes.

Political satire or commentary must be clearly framed so reasonable viewers understand that the content is synthetic or altered. TokSwap may reject political or public-interest content when context, consent, labeling, jurisdiction, or safety risk is unclear.

Illegal, regulated, and dangerous activity

You may not use TokSwap to facilitate, instruct, promote, conceal, or celebrate illegal or dangerous activity.

  • No content supporting violence, terrorism, extremist recruitment, weapon construction, self-harm encouragement, trafficking, exploitation, or organized crime.
  • No fraudulent financial, medical, legal, immigration, employment, housing, education, or insurance claims.
  • No attempts to evade law enforcement, safety systems, sanctions, export controls, age restrictions, or platform enforcement.

Source media and intellectual property

You may only use source videos, music, images, templates, logos, brands, performances, and copyrighted works that you own, are licensed to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to use for your intended output.

Do not upload private videos, leaked media, hacked files, confidential business materials, medical records, government IDs, payment cards, private messages, or content obtained through scraping, stalking, breach, or unauthorized access.

Labeling and distribution

You are responsible for labeling, watermarking, disclosing, or otherwise identifying generated or manipulated media when required by law, platform policy, advertising rules, employment rules, election rules, or the expectations of the people depicted.

Do not remove required labels, safety marks, metadata, notices, or disclosures from generated output. Do not distribute output in a context that makes it materially misleading, even if the same file would be acceptable in a clearly labeled context.

System misuse

You may not interfere with TokSwap systems, providers, billing, storage, queues, moderation, or security controls.

  • No scraping, credential sharing, token theft, prompt misuse, policy evasion, rate-limit evasion, account cycling, botting, automated misuse, reverse engineering, malware, or vulnerability exploitation.
  • No uploading files intended to break, overload, scan, damage, or gain unauthorized access to TokSwap or provider systems.
  • No resale, sublicensing, white-labeling, or bulk generation on behalf of prohibited users or prohibited use cases without TokSwap's permission.

Enforcement

TokSwap may review uploads, prompts, jobs, provider responses, generated output, account records, billing records, support notices, and logs to enforce this policy. TokSwap may use automated checks, manual review, provider signals, rights-holder notices, and law enforcement requests.

TokSwap may reject jobs, remove media, disable downloads, refund or withhold credits, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report content, block payment methods, or restrict future use when TokSwap believes this policy was violated or a use creates unacceptable legal, safety, reputational, operational, or provider risk.

External takedown notices

If you believe TokSwap has been used to create non-consensual, infringing, deceptive, or unlawful content involving you or someone you represent, contact support@tokswap.app.

Include enough detail for TokSwap to investigate, such as the account, link, screenshot, file, job ID, description of the issue, proof of authority, and whether the depicted person consented. TokSwap may ask for additional verification before acting on a request.
